I was so very pleased with the what I would consider the best piece of meat served in my home.The standing rib roast that I purchased from Tom Thumb was the juciest ever. Rabbi Rosenblatt you have become a real jewel for our community. I will gladly sit down with you and talk about the Kosher Chili Cook-off for next year.

Had my first taste of Kosher Wagyu in NYC last week. I am not Jewish but had the pleasure of dining with a friend who is. I am in disbelief. Where has this beef been all my life? I am in love! The tenderness and flavor is like nothing I have ever tasted. I read the article in the NY Times and just wanted to give you guys a thumbs up for offering sucht a fine product. Now I need to go find the owner of Strube Ranch and give them a hug!!!

I Live in Williamsburg Brooklyn NY I wish I could buy AD Rosenblatt meat here, the market here is huge for kosher meat
